As mentioned in the previous post, today s the first day of Camp NaNoWrimo July 2020. While not exactly an update, here is the way it is starting off.
A bit of a background. I mentioned in that last post that I was going to focus on writing. While I am not going to count these update post as part of it, I will count other things. Essays, stories, similar writings. I have not yet decided if I share some or if any here. I do plan on some of the work I am going to be doing during Camp NaNoWrimo being used to look for some work. More on that later.
I also want to add that these shorter, more personal and ramble like posts might become more common. The plan is to update this regularly and for that I need to make the content. So I will still make longer form posts, but to avoid the long spaces between posts there will be these shorter more personal blog ones.
For the time being, I plan on giving these short update like blogs less of a “promotion”. In this I mean that they wont be uploaded on all the social media unless there is a more important subject I am touching on that post or something I want more people to know. Again, you can see the rather informal way I am writing here today. Mainly because just like I am using Camp NaNoWrimo as a way to keep accountable, I am doing the same with this. Practice makes perfect, and that practice can be more varied than we tend to think.
For now I leave you with a final note on the Camp update, so far it seems like I will make today’s numbers of at least 1000 words. I will tell more on the next update, and maybe I will be posting more about it in social media. Stay tuned everyone.
